After numerous disappointing experiences with local Richmond auto repair shops, I am cautiously optimistic about this mechanic. Very upfront, fair and transparent about work performed and pricing. Edited to add an update after recent service: I've been having my Hyundai serviced here for nearly three years, and the service has been top notch. Jason, Donnie and Larry are all fantastic and really know their stuff, and they are always willing to go above and beyond. I had a bad battery that was still under warranty. Jason was able to get the new battery delivered from the retailer where I purchased the original and installed it at no charge. Just an awesome shop overall. I highly recommend them for both regular service and unexpected repairs.

Larry and his team are the most honest, trustworthy, caring set of guys. They have taken care of the vehicles in our family for many many years and we just can't speak any higher of them. They are efficient, dedicated, and amazing! Adding to my earlier post....AGAIN, LOVE THIS AMAZING TEAM. They are always helpful and kind and just THE BEST!
