I came in here and bought a brand new Suzuki quad from Chris today. It was an excellent no BS experience. I actually left happy and feeling like I got a good deal on an excellent machine. I hate dealerships, I dislike interacting with sales people, and I have been running 30-40 year old machines for years. I felt comfortable here, beginning with the phone call and ending with me loving my brand new automatic EFI Suzuki King Quad. Thank you Chris, I appreciate it. Also, the floor is full of bikes, like tons. It is fun just to see em all. Cool place.

Hello, We have been buying ATV from Larson cycle from 1998 when we had our house build here in stacy mn, I have always had good luck with there staff and the ATV excellent, Today I brought our 2006 Rancher 350 ES to have a choke cable put in, Me and the wife had some shopping to do by the time we got home the phone rang the machine was ready to go, WOW !! That was a surprise, I figured 3 - 5 days would be fine, That was like the speed of sound, Thank you so much Larson cycle, and most of all the Service Manager Sean that i have gotten to know he is perfect for his position there at Larson cycle, Thank you sean john..

Worst service appointment I've ever had. Brought machine in and it had blown engine. Quoted $5800 for a new one plus labor. Steep, but well I said ok and paid for it. Week later I call to get an update and the say they didn't buy it and are rebuilding mine. Wait... how much is that and they wouldn't tell me over the phone. So I went there today and they give me a quote for the $5800 plus $993 more. No way I'm spending that on rebuild. Ok so refund my money, well it's $500 and some for work on rebuild, I did not authorize any work on rebuild. After a very frustrating discussion with two service writers that did nothing but lie, i paid the over $500 amount and got my machine back in a hundred parts. Thanks for installing a lowering kit on my sons Husky EE5. Fits him much better. Can't wait to see him ripping it around. I appreciate the service department giving me a discount ok the lowering kit as well.
