When we first toured Las Soleras Senior Living for my elderly mother, it immediately felt like home. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this community truly cares about its residents. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and genuinely compassionate, and always greeting residents and visitors alike with kindness and a smile. The facility itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment that gives us great peace of mind. There is a thoughtful variety of regularly scheduled activities that keep residents engaged, active, and socially connected, along with convenient transportation to offsite stores and appointments. Since my mother has become a resident, every visit reinforces that we made the right choice. W

When we looked at assisted living , it was clean , the staff smiled and greeted us , there were activities going on. The management team is compassionate and seem to genuinely care about the folks that live there. I am sure every place has issues , but this assisted living seems like a very happy place to live.

I need to speak up because what’s happening here is beyond frustrating — it’s disheartening. Getting even the simplest repair done at this property feels like begging. I’ve watched maintenance managers come and go at my mom’s apartment in Las Soleras, and the constant turnover says everything about how poorly this place is run. I’ve had to step in myself just to get basic things fixed because no one listens, no one follows through, and no one seems to care. And then there’s the hallway situation. The dog waste, the smell — it’s embarrassing that residents have to live like this. I’ve been told some people actually let their dogs use the hallway as a bathroom. Imagine paying rent and having to shove a rolled-up towel under your door just to block the odor from creeping into your home. That

Visited the area as we plan to move that way with our parents and toured this community for them. It is absolutely beautiful and has amazing views! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs and the residents love living there. The apartments are very spacious and don't look remotely close to what I think of when I think of senior living. We were able to ask residents about their experiences living here and why they like it, and were also able to ask questions of the staff. Management took the time t genuinely listen to our questions and ease any worry that we have. This community is definitely our top contender, no question about it.
