If you follow my reviews, you will see that I mainly give 1 star reviews and 5 star reviews only because pretty much everything in between should be pretty normal. I had a small fender bender in my RS5 and I ended up using Laslie because I had history with the family there and they were always good honest folks. I took my vehicle in with regular expectations and not high or low. From the owner to the folks working on the vehicle and even office staff; I can say hands down that I would use no other place. The attention to detail and the personal care that was taken was second to none. I feel like they treated my vehicle like it was one of their own and I think I got it back in better shape than before I even had the incident. Hands down top to bottom, first class! My ex-girlfriend wrecked her car when she hit a deer and we were referred to Laslie's Auto Body. Her 2008 Honda Civic was her first car. She had owned it for 17 years. Had 251,000 mi on it and she was very attached to the car. Paul Buchanan, the man in charge understood the objective and provided her an estimate keeping the price as low as possible because this would have been an out-of-pocket expense. The end result unfortunately was not cost efficient and resulted in her having to purchase a new vehicle. I LOVE my camry! I told her on the way to Laslie's that I was sorry she got dinged but that I wasn't abandoning her forever, that they were going to make her look perfect again! And they did! The guys here are so awesome, and so is the office staff. I work at a local credit union where quite a few of their employees bank, and they're always so nice and helpful even when they aren't at work! I will say it was quoted at 7 business days for repair, but my claim went through State Farm. So, they had to advocate for me to get it all covered. I dropped it off on 6/19 after hours and picked it up on 7/14. I'm sure the hold-up was a multitude of different things... State Farm, the holiday, and short staffing everywhere. Got hit by a drunk driver in a new truck with Only 9000 miles on it took almost one month to get truck back from Laslie. First Thing I noticed was that the the non wrecked sided that had been scratched from running out of the road, was still scratched. Then noticed bumper was touching body of truck. Carried it back. They made excuses even said that scratches wasn't on the estimate, I showed them The original estimate, it was on there. Then I dropped it off again to correct those issues noticed when I got it back the tail light was touching the body of the truck, and now the bumper had a 3" gap below gate and was crooked.
