I recently purchased an almost 10-year-old VW Golf Alltrack and wanted a thorough pre-purchase inspection. I called Chris on a Friday and he was able to get me in first thing Monday morning. I arrived on time and the car was looked at immediately. His team was extremely thorough and clearly knows Volkswagens inside and out. I had the chance to spend time with Chris, the owner, while the inspection was underway, which was a great experience. It is refreshing to talk with someone who is genuinely passionate about what they do, and Chris truly loves Volkswagens. Have been going to Chris and John for years for my VW 's. Totally honest and priced below our local VW dealer who are rip-offs anyway. They are way more capable than the shop techs at VW. They diagnosed a warranty sludge problem that the dealer could not figure out. So easy to work with. VW dealer makes it seem like they are doing you a favor just to make an appointment. Never buying a new VW again. Just buy used and, let these guys take it from there. Chris even found a problem deep in my dashboard that his mechanic (no longer there) from 4 years ago did not do right. I would never have known if Chris did not bring it up and he fixed it no charge.
