I had a brand new set of tires put on. I supplied them. They were put on October 23rd of 2023. They leaked & were never sealed properly. Every time I had to go somewhere they are low on air to my husband has to fill them every time I want to go. I hardly ever drive my vehicle. It's a 2014 with 55,000 miles on it. I rarely drive it in the winter. We moved & I have been too horribly busy being my new construction home. Finishing the basement, landscaping, planting 28 trees. I remember in the winter they always are really low. I stopped by there today to ask if the guy would reseal them because they have leaked since day one. So he agrees to seal them properly this time. They are very fast with their repairs. They offer an excellent towing rate. Their labor charge is fair and they are fastly becoming our family mechanic.

Called yesterday to get Journey in to repair a tire loosing air, tire sensor needed programming and rotate tires- got in next day and all fixed- reasonable total to pay and Heidi very pleasant on phone and at front desk when picking it up! Thank you
