R & D Towing & Recovery

Got my car out of the ditch, without damaging it more. Thank you

Had an issue with a dead battery late on Sunday night. Called R&D to see if they could come out and give me a jump. They were there in about 30 minutes or so. Tried to jump the car to no avail. (Battery was too far gone.) They went back to their shop and found a battery for me, came back and put it in and got me on my way home. Very grateful for them going the extra mile to get me taken care of. Thanks Rick! Appreciate it very much!

I slid into a ditch and my car looked like it was about to tip over; the back right tire wasn't even on the ground. The girl I spoke to said it could be from 75.00 and up. I figured if it was gonna cost around a hundred it would still be about half the cost of another towing company in the area. She said she would be the one coming to do the tow. My husband rolled his eyes when I told him a girl was coming to do the job. Jennifer was her name. She had been doing this with her dad since she was a teen, and now she owns the company. I watched this petite blond woman getting out of her tow truck and thought my husband is really gonna give me heck for hiring h

My Jeep got stuck in the snow so I called R & D to come out and pull it out for me and I have to say this is the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a tow company. They were very professional and careful with every step of the process of pulling my Jeep out of the snow. I know who I will be calling in the future if I need a tow again. Very impressed with R & D can't say enough good things about them I highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of a tow.

My vehicle was stuck in a snow bank and R & D was to my location within 30 minutes of me calling, and we were located at least 10 minutes away. The two R & D employees that came out were very kind and helpful and made a stressful situation much less so. I would recommend R & D to anyone near Milltown or in any part of Polk County.
