10/10 experience! They did an amazing job washing my car by hand and paid attention to every detail. My car looks brand new inside and out. Super friendly staff and fast service. Why pay $100+ to detail your car when you can come here, I always come back to this spot.

My truck was left dirty, dried up dirty water marks everywhere. I had to clean it again once I got home. Called the owner and she said I could go back so they could re clean it, I told her no, I was there for an hour just to leave with a dirty truck. Will not be going back. I will be uploading pictures, it's the pearl escalade with white wall tires that they left full of smudged dirt. I should have got out and inspected before leaving. That's my fault, but after being there am hour you would expect a good job. They are really un organized, they clean a small part of your truck then go to another car and come back and clean another section.

The only place in Elgin I get my truck cleaned now. They always do an amazing job at a great price and even clean the baby seat!

This place is a great value for the price paid. It is not a full detail. Go in with that understanding and you will be happy. They did the interior and exterior (hand wash) of my Ford Maverick for $60. A customer I spoke with told me they generally charge anywhere from $60 to $80 for interior and exterior cleaning. I got there ~9:30 AM and they were done with my vehicle by ~11:30 AM. They don't hand wax or remove stains in upholstery. They didn't touch the bed of the truck. I do have a bedliner which appears to have been somewhat cleaned. Rear tag was left dirty as well as the strip of the bed between the backglass and bed cover. I found one small dirt streak left on the paint and numerous little dots of road debris (if you've ever washed a car you know what I'm talking about).

For such a great price, I thought they did a fantastic job handwashing my SUV. I felt their job was certainly worthy of a good tip. I didn’t have time this go around, but next time I’ll ask for interior detailing as well.
