I just want to say how impressed I am every time I visit White Water Car Wash. They have an awesome team! Everyone is very courteous, attentive, and truly knows their job. It’s rare these days to see that level of customer service. What really stood out to me is that they even pass out towels to help dry your car off — that’s almost unheard of! It shows they go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle looks its best and that customers feel taken care of. Taryn is especially wonderful. I pay for my membership every month and sometimes I can’t wash my car during the day so I have to come around 6-7 it say yall are open until 8 why when I pull up to wash my car the car wash is closed and yall only got vacuums open. It is 7pm… like what’s going on..

Jacob at the Whitewater express in Elgin was super helpful. He went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. You could add armor all maybe even a vending machine at this location.

Great service and great freebies that I didn’t know weee included in the service. If you have floor mats that are hard shell they will take the to the back and clean them for you they also have a machine that will clean the plastic ones. By the office entrance they have clean towels along with an all purpose cleaner and window cleaner that you use your foot to dispense. Overall it’s a great location to get your car cleaned at your own pace. Jacoby was very helpful during my last visit.
