Was stranded on the side of the road 6 hours from home and needed a rear tire replaced. These guys offered to help me out and get me back on the road, even if I bought a tire from a competitor. They were super nice, professional and explained everything to me and let me stand around watching them replace the tire (a lot of shops won't let you in the work area anymore).
