I scheduled my fleet vehicle for key fob battery replacement service (R/O6152303/2) a few weeks before my scheduled appointment on 12/30 at 9:00. The dealership even called to confirm my information that same day. I arrived for my 9:00 appt at 8:45, checked in, and told the service advisor I was going for breakfast, and he indicated he would call me when the vehicle was done. I did not hear back from them at 11:50, so I called and was told they changed my scheduled appt to drop-off, and they did not know when it would be looked at. I told them this was not acceptable since I had a scheduled appointment and they had no reason to change the appt. I told them I needed the vehicle by 2:00. My engine light came on just before my inspection and oil change. I took my car in for all three, and they had it repaired and ready by the next afternoon. Every interaction is fast, smooth, and friendly.

Was brought in and then called and told they couldn’t get to it. Brought back week later, told a day and took 4. I am assuming because it was warranty work, it was put on the back burner. I would rather have been told a week and then done in 4 days. Very frustrating.
