I had the worst experience with this towing company. My truck was towed at the request of the police, and I went to retrieve it about 4 hours later. My wife called first to get information, and the man who answered was extremely rude. He was yelling at her and speaking to her like she was a child. We let him know we were getting our insurance to help retrieve the vehicle, and he seemed upset from the beginning. When I arrived and called him, he said I should have called ahead to let him know I was coming—but he never told me that before. Instead of explaining politely, he was rude and disrespectful. I’m sorry for not knowing the process of getting a vehicle out. He acted like everyone automatically knows how it works. It’s not like they tow my truck every day. This was my first time deal

The Lawrence Wrecker Service team took good care of me. I had a flat tire and needed a tow. From phoning in to request help to arriving at discount tire my experience was good. Absolutely terrible experience with Lawrence Wrecker Service. After my car was towed at the request of the police, I went to retrieve it within just a few hours. Upon arrival, I was met with the most unprofessional and outright hostile behavior I have ever encountered from a business. The man working there was screaming, cussing, and calling me names for no reason. Completely unacceptable behavior for someone running a business that deals with the public. Then, there’s the price. The sign outside clearly states a $85 tow fee and $22.85 per day storage, yet I was charged $285 for a car they had for only 3–4 hours. No explanation—just blatant overcharging. As if that wasn’t enough, when I got my car back, I immediately noticed significant new damage that was not there before: - Two holes

Mikey is awesome! Very friendly and is fast! Had my vehicle towed after an accident and he got me off the freeway quick. Definitely recommend anyone needing a tow to give him a call!
