Lazydays RV of Minneapolis at Ramsey

We recently purchased our new RV from Lazydays in Ramsey, and were very happy with the experience. We came here from a few states away because they had the exact unit we were looking for. Before making the trip, Yalena was patient with our questions, took us on a video tour of the RV, and showed every detail we requested. On the day of delivery, the unit had been detailed and prepped, and we were given all the time needed to make sure everything was working, and to learn the controls and systems. We're very happy with the experience and purchase.

There was a $5k problem that Campers Inn were left to clean up by the previous company Lazydays. They responded quickly and professionally. Terry Went above and beyond to right a wrong. She was compassionate and understanding. Campers Inn is a top notch company and really cares about their customers!

Excellent selection, amazing facility, Dan in sales, Mike in finance, and Tyler who did the walkthough were all fantastic. Absolutely everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. The showroom is something to behold! We highly recommend this dealership if in the market For an Airstream!

We drove almost 2,000 miles to pick up our new trailer here. The staff was helpful and the trailer looked really clean. Mike was especially helpful and gave us a great tour of our vehicle. The only downside was they said they tested everything but when we tried, the heater didn’t work turns out it needed a replacement part so we took off the next day a little later than expected because they had to wait for the part and then install it. Over all a great experience .

The service I received from Lazydays RV/Airstream Minneapolis exceeded my expectations. From sales, financing and service, my experience was exceptional. I experience a service issue two days after purchase. I brought my rig in to have it looked over. Shortly after speking with a service representative, a technician appeared and started the troubleshooting process. The issue was diagnosed and resolved within minutes. I would recommend Lazydays, Airstream location to anyone in the market for a new or gently loved rig.
