Lazydays RV of St. George

We reached out to Tyler at the St. George location about a new carryover unit. We lived 6.5 hours from the dealership and basically purchased the unit sight unseen. We were able to tour a Grand Design Solitude at an RV show closer to our home, but had never stepped foot in the model that we purchased. Tyler was very helpful, informative and professional is all aspects of the sale. The team had everything in order when we showed up for our appointment and our unit was sitting front and center all shined up for us take it home. We had a very thorough walk thru with Kyle, the technician, that did some work on the rig for us (cutting in dryer vent and a pre delivery inspection). Great people! Travis introduced us to our sales associate David Casados, who showed us many RVs that matched what we were looking for. So many brands, models and options to choose from. We narrowed down our search and found the perfect one for us. Cindy Urch made the paperwork quick and easy. Chris gave us a tour of our new trailer, explaining all the new options and tech that came with it. Helped set up the apps on our phones for the solar and battery monitoring and the radio and sound system. Never had an on demand hot water heater and his education on temperature setting was very informative. All around an awesome experience with everyone.

We’ve been coming to this location through all its changes — from RVZZ to Lazy Days and now Campers Inn. The one constant has been the excellent service from Josh, the service manager. He is always helpful, efficient, and honest, he makes the entire service process easy and stress-free. The techs are always on point and do quality work, and it’s such a relief knowing we have a service team we can trust. In our opinion, they are the best RV service department in Washington County. We’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them!

All of the Staff were funtastic! Every detail was addressed. They were very helpful, especially Jacob, (sales), Josh (mgr)and John in service. All my concern were handled with the upmost professionalism. CYNTHIA was spot on in finance. I was impressed with her ability to handle all the financial details.
