If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience with this company was both professionally and personally devastating. I purchased a vehicle from them for around $4,000 — it broke down not long after the sale. I’ve since spent thousands more trying to keep it running, and to this day, the car is still not functional. On top of that, the female sales representative I worked with crossed several professional boundaries and Currently still works there even after the incident the company said they would take disciplinary action fired and never did. They kept her there even letting her use their dealership vehicles for personal use which I have proof of. I bought a Mercury Montego about 2 years ago. It was clean on the outside, and the interior was nice. I loved that car. Nice ride and comfortable. When inspection time came, I found out that the car was completely rusted out under the car. I had to junk it because it REALLY was not worth it to fix it. Do not buy anything here I bought a 2011 jeep patriot in feb and it's been broke down since. They had some guy look it and said it was the starter well had the starter replaced still won't start.. They are refusing to help.. even after I told them these people don't care about there customers only the money... please save your money don't buy anything here I've spent 2 grand already trying to get this jeep fixed

I think it's time to get the state police involved. They have a division devoted to dealers who sell cars knowing that they are not road worthy. Please call and report this dealership.

Traffic from I traveled from Pittsburgh to Uniontown to check out lbsi Automotive as on the internet I saw they had several cars that looked pretty nice. There was one in particular that I was interested in but unfortunately there was already somebody there signing the paperwork for that one. They had a good selection of cars they looked very nice unfortunately a lot of them were not currently inspected but they did have a good selection of cars that were inspected as well it appears they get most of their car from auctions as most used car dealers do but it seems they pick up some of the better ones. Girl that was there was very nice she answered all my questions she said most all of their cars pass inspections but it's generally up to the customer to do that after they buy it keep in min
