Purchased December 30 2025. This was jeep number 4 that my wife and I have purchased through Lee. Check engine light on test drive. Made appointment for a misfire on #5 cyl. 2 day appointment to repair engine and one day for the undercoating. Dropped it off Thursday morning, expecting to pick it up Friday by close. Got a phone call around 11 on Friday saying "we have to reschedule, you missed your appointment and the scope of work needs two days" Come to find out, Service pulled the keys from the key box before 7am. They open at 730 mind you, and I dropped off slightly before 7am. I talked to the manager, and we boiled it down to Human Error. Ok fine, I can live with that. They called me monday to inform I needed alot more work than just a coil pack, and they ordered parts. By the en
I chose this dealership after my accident because the initial phone experience was excellent. The man I spoke with was efficient, clear about how insurance would work, and quick to respond to my questions. The repairs that were completed look great, and the truck itself turned out well. Unfortunately, the side mirror that was damaged in the accident was repeatedly overlooked. It was discussed in our first conversation, but partway through the process I was told they didn’t realize it needed to be fixed. It was supposedly resubmitted to insurance, then forgotten again. When I picked up the truck, the mirror still wasn’t done. I was told I’d hear back, but another full week went by without communication, and when I called again it had been forgotten yet again. I just bought a new Pacifica at Lee and was very happy with the way I was treated by all the staff. They worked together well as a team, the process was smooth, and I was even contacted by my salesman, Ryan, several days after the purchase to make sure everything was as it should be. A positive experience overall and I love my new car!
UpDate Talked to Justin and worked it out and we’ll see how it goes. I’ll give them a 3 star for now for calling me and see how it goes, thanks. So I brought my truck in to get oil service, tire rotation and the transfer case output seal changed. I was told it was going to take the day to do these things which was fine I had a ride. After not hearing about anything on the truck, I called at 3 PM by the service writer. I was told they did not know what was going on with the truck and if it was done yet or not the service writer said should we call me back in 15 minutes so I waited until 4-415 and still no call. So I proceeded to call back and was put on hold so the service writer could go find out what was going on with my truck because they did not find out the last time I called. It was
My wife and I bought a car and the process was quick and easy, however we have issues within 30 minutes of driving off the lot. The people in service were very rude and condescending to my wife and I. Left a bad review and that’s the only time the salesmen reached out. Brought the car back in and both issues were resolved, however this time we were told by the service advisor that they don’t think they did anything to look at the car the first time we brought it in. I left two voicemails with the GM and called multiple times throughout the week and never got a call back or the phone answered. The salesmen was rude and insulting when he called after I left the bad review. The only decent thing about this place was the extremely friendly finance manager who wasn’t pushy at all.
