Lee Hi Towing

Quick service when we really needed help. Our transmission went out on our motor coach while we were traveling. Jeff arrived with a big tow truck on interstate 81 on a Sunday and took great care of us.

Price is reasonable considering the trucking industry. They are happy to work with the costumers. I need to have part of my load moved as the shipper overloaded me on my trailer axles because of their policy of no going past the landing gear so I had to have one skid moved from the back of the trailer to the front to have me legal on my trailer axles. They were willing to put it where I said with no complaints. I don't trust many companies in Virginia but they are one of the few that I do trust and I'm more than happy to go to them again for anything else I need of what they do. Thanks Rob for your help and you won another trucker to go to y'all for business. And for those who read this review I'm not a company driver but I'm an owner operator.

Had transmission trouble off I-81 and Rob, our driver, arrived quickly and handled things very professionally and fairly. Answers all or questions and even made calls to mechanics to help out, even though we went with another shop. I can not praise them enough. To quote my 11 year old son, "That guy was really great." A great thank you to Lee High's employee Rob!!! He was amazing!!! Can't thank him enough!!!! Stranded with a pickup and horse trailer on I64. First thing first, he made sure that the horses get to a save place! Then he hooked me up with a repair shop, which check the truck in minutes after arriving! Don't now the final outcome yet, but Rob definitely earned the status of "employee of the day" several times over today!!! A very grateful Eberhard Kissing
