Lee’s Auto truly saved me during a very stressful time. My 2011 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 broke down during a severe snowstorm. The serpentine belt failed due to issues with the auxiliary components and oil leakage, leaving my vehicle completely immobile. I was honestly devastated — this van is like part of my body, and seeing it unable to move was heartbreaking. I struggled for about four days without a solution. I had been going to Lee's Auto for years before we moved out of the neighborhood. We went to a shop closer to us for an inspection and to fix any issues my car might have (19-year-old Honda that has seen some things). Big mistake. The other shop took almost two weeks to give us an estimate and then told us they couldn't do some of the work. We took it back to Mr. Lee and within a couple of hours, he had an estimate of the work and by the next day, had the car fixed. Over the years, Mr. Lee has provided exceptional service. He gives timely estimates, stays within budget or calls if additional work needs to be done. He and his crew get the work done quickly and well. We're very pleased with his work and I will continue to take my car there even though we live 30-45 minutes away.

This man's agreed to change my 2 front struts for $476. Then, charges me additional $130 for cutting 2 lug nuts that were lightly welding on 3 points on old struts and their was nothing wrong with the new struts I brought in all the needed was a lug nut. And he does this Right after he takes apart my vehicle. Then forces you to pay up or face the consequences of holding up his customers. So remember. Don't bring a nice car because they will charge you and arm and a leg. Also, he's not a nice guy. One of the mechanics was talking to me giving me advice and the owner told him to shut up not to say anything to me. Which was really rude to tell another human not to talk. Be careful he's very defensive with his words. Will probably reply to this message to try to wash his hands.

Extremely professional shop I’ve been coming to off and on for the past seventeen years with a brief period of time out of state being the reason for switching shops, most recently for a safety inspection and subsequent replacement of tail light assembly. They will respond with whatever energy you bring to the table, so do try to leave your personal baggage at the door (you as the customer will rightly deserve whatever response they give you in my personal experience, but they will also let bygones be bygones very easily). No real complaints, there’s a good reason they’ve been here for four decades and it’s because they know what they’re doing and they prioritize doing it to customer satisfaction. Will be coming back for sure 👍

I’ve been taking my cars to this shop for a while now, and the service is always excellent and fast. The mechanics are honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about doing the job right. They explain everything clearly and never push unnecessary repairs. My car runs better than ever—highly recommend!
