I was planning to bring my vehicle to Lees Automotive, but after what I witnessed on-site, I decided not to move forward. The manager, Guy, was extremely rude and openly disrespectful toward employees. I personally observed him raise his voice at two workers and speak to them in a demeaning manner. I witnessed the manager yelling at a mechanic and behaving in an aggressive, unprofessional manner. The mechanic eventually isolated himself, yet the manager continued to antagonize him. It was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness. While I’ve heard that the quality of the mechanical work itself is good, I cannot recommend this shop based on the leadership alone. Staff is great and costs are very reasonable. Front suspension work on my 2014 Expedition was quick and they solved a persistent rattle that I think others shops might have missed.

Guy is very knowledgeable provides fair prices. I left with confidence that the work was done correctly on my vehicle would recommend him to all my friends.
