Very professional, great communication and easy to contact. Lees Towing has been in business for many years and they are a very trusted family company. Rich was our pick up driver. He was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Once he arrived at the repair shop, Rich kindly contacted me with text with pictures of the car at the correct drop off location. I would use this company over and over! Great service!

Richard got to me early —after AAA canceled a planned pick up and left me stranded. Ordering the tow, fitting into my schedule, and expected dispatch all proved very easy. Great customer service. The entire ride to my service shop was awesome. Richard gave great tips about local mechanics, was extremely pleasant, and made the ride go by so fast. Richard is awesome and will be the reason I only call Lee’s Towing Service in the future.

Never have I been so happy to see a tow truck as I was today. Both of my car's front calipers seized and locked the front two wheels. Rich got my car's wheels to move enough to load it onto the truck and delivered home. He was both kind and helpful. Thank you!

Thank you, thank you!! I had the best experience with this towing company. Immediately got them on the phone… William arrange for someone to come help me immediately. Rich was the tow truck driver and was absolutely wonderful!! Here I was stuck on the side of the road, upset and just very professional and caring at the same time. He also let me ride with him in the tow truck, two hours away to drop my car off at the shop. Professional good people!! Thank you William and Rich!!!
