Left Lane Auto & Tire

I used left lane for about 2 years ago or so. I got my transmission replaced and noticed the brakes were crunchy the same day I got it back. The very next day, my brakes went out while driving and it was very scary. Tire kingdom urged me to take pictures of the problem they found, the cv axel was not placed properly, which could have cost me my life. Edit: Let me clarify as the owner has forgotten. The day I left the lot, my brakes felt crunchy, like I was stepping on pebbles. The day after that (two days after getting my car back) my brakes went out while I was driving to Winter Haven. Tire Kingdom urged me that this was a huge issue, and we let Left Lane know. I just wanted other customers to be aware. This happened in July 2023. Family owned and operated. Great, personable mechanics who don’t try to swindle you AT ALL. I called around to different mechanic shops around Lakeland to get my new set of 4 tires and an alignment…Left Lane was BY FAR the most reasonable in terms of price, customer service, and employee integrity. They had to order my tires when I purchased them because they did not have them in stock, they did not have to even touch my vehicle that day because it was assured I was coming back in 3-4 days. However…they still came out and offered to patch my tire, after patching my tire they did not believe that it was safe to drive on so they gave me one of their other tires as a loaner just until I could come back to get my set of 4 installed. Me and my family have been bringing our cars to the guys at Left Lane for a while now, and I can confidently say they are the best mechanics around. They're trustworthy, affordable, and always deliver quick turnaround times without compromising on quality. What I really appreciate is how they keep me updated throughout the repair process, so I'm never left guessing. It's rare to find a shop that combines transparency with excellent service, but these guys do exactly that. Highly recommend!

They are experienced, honest, quick, and most of all fair in pricing. I’ve never been up charged here, even asking me what route I want to go with the price of parts; other places have always estimated at the most expensive. I won’t take my 2011 Honda Odyssey anywhere else!
