Sent a message on FB market saying I was interested in a van. They responded, asking for my phone number. The person who texted me never said who they were, and the very short conversation was disrespectful at best. I'd give zero stars for the shocking lack of customer service. Pro tip, if your going to take tens of thousands of dollars from people, don't be a jerk.
