Legacy Auto came very highly recommended by several local friends. We have used them with our 2 vehicles for a few years now. They seem very honest, dependable, & skilled in all areas.

Very Bad Experience We dropped the car off on Monday 8AM for a coolant leak and we did not receive the car back until Wednesday 5PM. The coolant leak was misdiagnosed as a hose and the leak was not fixed. Legacy would not reimburse, refund, or add any credits towards fixing the problem when we returned. They then offered to replace the water pump for an additional amount which was more than the hose. Very unethical business and we would warn others to stay away.

I wouldn't recommend doing business here. they mark up all parts 50% for the same part you can go to a parts store for and get yourself. the funny thing is they won't allow you to bring your own part in so they force your hand into spending twice as much for a part than what you have to. They lost a customer and a $1,600 job would not negotiate. what a bunch of clowns.

It was our first time using Legacy and what an amazing experience !! Kaley got me in the very next morning and within a few hours, we were on our way home! Everyone was professional, polite and a surprisingly low price! We will definitely take all of our automotive needs to Legacy!

Cam phaser replacement I was not only impressed by the service and repairs provided but the level of regular communications by Tom the service advisor. The shop was spotless and when I would stop to see the progress the technician provided in depth details of the progress. This is a professional auto shop!! They will have all my business for small and large repairs on my Ford F 150.
