Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the mechanics' bays to be clean and well organized. Once inside the service department, I was warmly acknowledged, and greeted with smiling helpful professionals. I was not rushed in explaining my concern with my Mercedes-Benz C300. They listened intently, without interruption, and documented my concern and information thoroughly. Though, it was my first time there, I felt at ease and confident about handing over my keys. Worldwide Automotive kept me updated throughout the day. They did not try to coerce me into any upsell of any product or service. My vehicle and I were treated with the utmost respect. This shop runs like a well oiled machine, and because of their staff, my vehicle does too.

Secondly, they take care of the vehicles for Safe Animal Shelter at no cost and always make time for them. Amazing people, family owned, and the owners are there every day. I have had WorldWide Automotive recommended to me by multiple family members/friends and I'm so thankful for them and the team at WorldWide! I bought a car recently and wanted to get a transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, and new spark plugs to keep it fresh. Though there was a little mix-up with the kind of transmission fluid I asked for, they replaced it and made it right at no extra cost. I trust their integrity and service and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
