I don't know how the rating for here is so high, I attached a good set of pictures showing a pretty substantial failure of service for the $20 or highest exterior wash, over 7 areas that doesn’t even look like it got touched by the machines or staff when the service we paid for specifically says thats whats supposed to happen, save your money and try another location they don't care here

Long story short, I went in to get a seat shampooed, and even after two cleanings it still smelled. If you need deep cleaning I suggest going elsewhere. I did the $165 bronze package which included outside and inside cleaning. I told the gentleman there that I primarily needed a car seat shampooing because I had a spill on my passenger seat side that started to smell. He pointed me toward this package and said they shampoo and deep clean the seats. After initially picking it up and letting it dry I found it still smelled pretty bad. I called and asked if they would go over it once more and he agreed, which is why Im giving the second star. I appreciate them accommodating me. But I’m still leaving it as two stars because a) my seat still smells, and b) the quality was not the best. There w
