We were visiting in Eminence MO, about 25 miles south of Salem when we developed engine problems on our Grand Cherokee. After failing to find a repair shop in Eminence we headed to Salem. Kyle was able to drop what he was doing and immediately checked things out, diagnosed the problem and recommended the repair. Because it was a Thursday afternoon he needed to wait for parts, which arrived Monday and he quickly completed repairs and we were on our way back to Georgia. The repair was covered by warranty and Ivy (in the office) filed the necessary paperwork for reimbursements from warranty company. Very happy with the quick response , and the repair work.
I've used this shop for a few years now and I'll always come here for whatever I don't feel confident doing myself. Very knowledgeable and friendly people & fair prices.
Went in to get my truck, the lady behind the desk is the nicest lady very polite.
Amazing service and great price
