I had an excellent experience at the Honda service center thanks to my service advisor Sam. He’s always professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed, gave me honest recommendations, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of the work, and Sam truly does. I highly recommend asking for him if you want top-notch service at Honda!

Really efficient set up. Nice clean facility. Great vibe in the very pleasant waiting area. I really appreciated the free shuttle service within 15 miles. I went in for a free recalled brace repair. They had the parts in house before I arrived. Mike is great at explaining things.

Jarrett Parker is best in class when it cones to service professionals. My wife and I ask for him by name when it comes to our Pilot service. He delivers a customer experience with the utmost professionalism, knowledge and confidence which helps us build trust and keep coming back to this location. With his calm demeanor, he never leaves information out, and makes sure we have everything we need before we leave the door and checks in to make sure we know we are paying for. That's good business.

Sam Azar was super helpful! I went in for maintenance and inspection and they had noticed a nail puncturing the side of my one tire. Sam assisted me with getting a new tire replacement at a reasonable price that included labor. Even though the tire wasn’t available he had ordered one and they were able to get it replaced the next day. He went out of his way to provide exceptional service by getting me into a loaner car until it was repaired. Once I arrived the process was quick and my car was even washed and cleaned on inside and out. Highly recommend purchasing a Honda especially from Lehigh Valley Honda as the staff are truly amazing.
