I’ve been a client of Pranzo’s Automotive for years, and I truly trust them with all of my vehicle needs. This is my go-to place for inspections and oil changes, and they’ve never let me down. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and always helpful—they take the time to explain things clearly without any pressure. It’s hard to find a shop you can genuinely rely on, and Pranzo’s has earned that trust time and time again. Highly recommend.

Always great, with lower prices than a lot of the places I've been before, fast service, I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on anything. Their parking lot is always packed but always able to get me in relatively quickly anyways. I'm more than happy to drive out of my way to get my car serviced here. I came in with a laundry list of things I needed addressed and they got me in and out in less than a day.

Had a car inspected here, but within a couple of days it began smoking and a check engine light turned on despite passing inspection. I brought it back and they said there was an active coolant leak. It’s concerning that a vehicle with an active coolant issue was cleared for inspection with no mention of a problem. This raises questions about how thorough the state inspection was. To Pranzo’s, I appreciate the detailed response. I want to clarify for future readers that after the heater hose repair, the vehicle is still producing smoke from the engine bay after shutdown and a strong odor when the heat is on. The issue has not been fully resolved, which is why I will take my business elsewhere.

I love working with a family owned and operated business. These guys always treat me well and their prices are very reasonable. There was a time a needed some work done on my honda and I shopped around and they were best price by far. Highly Recommended!

Our daughter's car was towed into the shop after having a conversation with a very polite person on the phone. They evaluated her car and the work was done after they called us with an estimate. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so polite and. Friendly. Price was reasonable. We will not hesitate to use them for all our car care needs from now on!!! Thank you!!!
