Excellent place even if you've never bought a vehicle there. Last year they were the ONLY place anywhere including online that could get me the right replacement rack for my 2006 S60R. Parts Staff were very helpful and communicated quickly via phone and email every step of the way. This week when I needed an airbag recall replacement it was easy to book online and they saw me promptly, communication was again excellent and the lounge was comfortable and well equipped with Cheezits and Otis Spunkmeyer muffins (bonus points!) The work was done and my car hand washed at no charge in less than an hour. Very very happy with my visits!

I’ve purchased four Volvos (Matt Richmond is super knowledgeable about the lineup and very patient) here over the last 14 years and have had them all exclusively serviced by Lehman. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Took a week and a half to replace an oil pressure sensor. This is unacceptable.
