Lehman's Towing

We had to get our car towed by Steve and he is very good with customer service. he reminds me of my step dad who passed; he has a talkative+ delightful attitude considering the fact that he said he only had 2hrs of sleep and it’s enjoyable to talk to him. he did a very good job towing. i do recommend him

Don't bother with th is company. I had a flat tire and my insurance assigned Lehman to tow me. Everything was fine but then my insurance told me that Lehman cancelled the tow. I called them to see what was up and they told me that wasn't the case and said their guy was still on the way. After waiting another 45 minutes, I called Lehman again and they forwarded my call to voicemail. I waited and tried again and straight to voicemail again. This went on for three more calls. I don't know what happened and Lehman isn't being helpful.

I had to call AAA yesterday to get my car towed out of the snow. The first driver they dispatched—Lehman’s Towing—pulled up, took one look, and refused to do the job because he said he might get stuck. I understand being cautious in bad weather, but if you’re being sent out as the “last call” for snow situations and you arrive in a large 4WD vehicle, refusing to even attempt the tow is unacceptable. So I called AAA back and asked for a different company. The second tow driver arrived on the scene, assessed the same, hooked my car up, and had me out in about six minutes—professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. Steve is a great asset, an impressive tower. My late husband was the best tower of his time. So I can spot them. Great vibes and a pleasure to have crossed paths with. He’s a keeper!

The way this company’s tow trucks tear down US 11/15 is completely out of control. I’ve watched them speed, ride people’s bumpers, and whip around corners like they’re in a race. It’s reckless, dangerous, and totally unacceptable for a business operating heavy trucks in a residential area. If this behavior keeps up, I will be reporting every incident to law enforcement and DOT because someone is going to get hurt. This company needs to get its drivers under control immediately. Based on what I’ve seen, I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a vehicle. You never know who has a dash cam.
