Everyone at Marysville motors is very nice. The staff are always helpful and they explain exactly what needs done and they tell me how much it will cost. They are always able to squeeze me in when I need something fixed. This past summer my SUV broke down and they were able to squeeze me in last minute and fix my car so that I did not have to postpone our vacation.He stayed late to ensure it was finished in time. I am impressed with their work ethic and service. I would highly recommend this shop to anybody!

John and Pj are awesome! I have a Buick regal that had a timing chain issue. I called to so many shops and they were all trying to jerk me on pricing. I talked to John and he assured me he will handle the issue for a very very fair price. Also changed my oil and addressed other problems I had without making me feel pressured. I will be going to them to everything from now on and John, Pj, I appreciate yall! -Alec

Let me prefice my review with this...I do not believe I have ever given a one-star review and if the app would have allowed me to NOT give any stars, I would! I will NEVER go back and will NOT ever recommend this place. I responded to a Facebook post for a van with a wheelchair lift. I was told I could come by at any time to look at it. I came with my mechanic friend. The minute we walked in, I felt as though I had been transported back to a time of segregation. All the guys were sitting around eating lunch and as soon as we walked in, they all turned, took one look at us, and looked away. My first initial thought when I spoke to Ron through the FB market was that he was very rude. I only asked for the bottom line on a van, and he told me he negotiate in person. I said I can understand that, but im in a wheelchair and didnt want to make a trip if it was out my price range. Told me the address was in the description. . So I called and spoke to Jon. Not very pleasant. Just sounded irritated and bothered with talking to me. So I told him ill have my husband call. I ended up calling back. Just trying to get some more information on the van I want. The second conversation went a lil better only because I told him my story and what I needed it for. He told me that a company give them to him a few times a year. So I asked the would he see if they had a better one. He never called

I have been here several times. We purchased a car from them and it lasted a great while until nature took ots course and a tree fell on it totaling it. However I had got a new vehicle from a different place brought it here for new tires and an extra tire for the back of my jeep because another shop I found had did some work and my tire ended up falling off so I took it to marysville motors and just got new tires and the underside fixed up. When they towed it they broke a line, rigged it back to working. They also proceeded to put my lug nuts on so tight with an impact driver that they rounded the lug nuts and stripped them making them impossible to get out. It was there for three-four weeks. Its now at another shop and im wasting 250$ just to get lug nuts off so we can replace our breaks
