John and his sons have been working on all 3 of our cars for the last 4 years. I am always impressed with their honesty, professionalism and level of service. We have had everything from basic maintenance and tires to ac compressors and electrical system work done on various models of vehicles. I took my daughter's car to them before she left for college and they noticed a problem that could have caused her to break down, hours away from home. John went out of his way to quickly get the necessary part and get it fixed so she could get on the road as scheduled. Their customer service is excellent and the prices are very fair.

I have yet to pick up my car but just with the initial conversation and the great customer service I know my car is in good hands. I have a 250 GLA Mercedes and boy are they spoiled. Its presently at this shop and I've never felt a sense of peace. I spoke to John and he explained everything to me and gave me uplifting news. Ill keep everyone posted......Stay tuned......... Okay im back with an update!!!! I wish I knew then a long time ago. I would have saved so much time, money, and patience. Jhon is amazing, his customer service, proffesionalism and knowledge was beyond my expectations. He contacted me everytime he had news on my parts, and my Benz is running like new. This is a great shop! Jon and his sons do a great job and they are very knowledgeable. Getting an appointment is never an issue which is wild because they are always busy! The turn around on the work is fast and the prices are very reasonable. The business is family owned and it's great to be able to have these services right in the village AND support a small business owner and neighbor that lives in our community!

Took my Silverado in for rough shifting, they kept it for a week and didn’t provide me with an update until it was already there for three days. Told me they had no idea what was wrong with it but thought all 4 cylinders were misfiring. I picked it up without it being resolved as not having vehicle for a week is frustrating. Took it to a dealership the following day for dx, and within an hour they stated I needed a transmission flush, service on fuel injectors to clean carbon deposit, and spark plugs. Picked it up same day and the problem was solved, engine was not misfiring to begin with. This shop wasted my time, and if the dx was not covered under warranty, would of charged me for absolutely nothing. Avoid if you can!

Very knowledgeable owner regarding Subarus. The price quoted was exactly what I was charged. The cost to replace my Subaru motor was almost half the cost from the dealership. Will be having my motor serviced here going forward.
