This is the only mechanic store that I have ever been able to put my full trust in! The staff are personable, do all of their work with integrity, and are only out to provide good service. I never felt like I was trying to be upcharged. Several issues came up with my Hyundai that I had recently bought. The staff here took pictures to match the inspection report, and explained everything clearly to me. They were able to give me an honest and accurate assessment about what work was necessary, and what I could save for down the line out of respect for my finances. On top of earning my trust, Paul Campanella’s makes it a breeze for me whenever I bring my car in. They offer shuttles to your home so you can drop off your car and carry on with your day. I literally cannot recommend this business enough. They were quick to diagnose the issue, explained it thoroughly to me, completed the repair in two days, and covered the cost of my rental vehicle. Also, Henry was very nice and respectful. Definitely will be using them again (hopefully not too soon though)!

Amazing service. Needed a battery replacement on a 7 degree morning, and I only waited about 30 minutes. So thankful I called Campanella’s in Unionville. The team took good care of me, chatted with me while I waited for the car, and even complimented on my shoes when I walked in! 😀

The service I received from Campanella's was top notch. I called to schedule an appointment for a check engine light and a stumble on acceleration. I like how the shop's policy is to fully inspect and evaluate my vehicle in person and not to give me their thoughts on what could be wrong over the phone. They were thorough with the evaluation and gave me a great look at the full health report of my vehicle and what is the best course of action to make car safe to operate.
