Was traveling through Michigan and lost my trailer breaks and lights. Call Leisure Days and they were able to get me in right away and had me back on the road in 2 hours. The new owners Troy and Jackie were amazing to work with and the technician Ernie went above and beyond. Made it to Ohio safe and sound.

Shout out to Leisure Days Travel for giving my '97 Dutchmen Aristocrat a new lease on life! There was a lot of rot on the back end and some on the roof plus there were some other repairs I had requested and they handled them all for a fair price. This is why I believe in shopping local. My trailer is still under warranty from the original seller and manufacturer. “Generally” people can go back to where they purchased with confidence. We will not ever go back to that unnamed dealership in Birch Run. I went to Leisure Days due to a problem that should never have happened when buying something new. They immediately bailed us out on a new 5th wheel that was purchased elsewhere. Fast, Pro service that didn’t question my RV ignorance and charged a very reasonable price. You guys ROCK!

When one of the leaf springs on our Jayco 5th wheel broke on I75. We could not get anyone to come rescue us so my husband managed to McGyver it enough to get us off the side of the highway and to the nearest Jayco dealer. This happened on a Sunday & the repair shop was not open. We stayed in their parking lot, when they opened Monday morning my husband talked to them about getting repaired, they told us the earliest they could even look at us would be Thursday or Friday. We then called Leisure Days RV in Clio, MI. As soon as we told Kim (the owner who answered the phone) what happened, she told us to bring it there, they would get us repaired right away.
