Stopped in for brakes/rotors and an oil change. Jaimie had great customer service and Leo did great work. 🤌 I’ve been here twice now and have received great work at a fair price.

Brought our cat in to Jeremy to have alignment done. They did a thorough inspection for damaged or work suspension parts and checked the wheel alignment. Everything checked out OK and they made a minor adjustment to the alignment for free. Much appreciated. When we need oil changes and tire rotations or whatever else done on it in the future, we'll be bringing it back to tuffy.

I brought my husband's car in for a wheel alignment, and I was able to make an immediate appointment. The manager, Jason, was friendly and helpful over the phone, as well as when I arrived in person. Jason, the technician, worked efficiently to align the wheels, and to correct a problem caused by a previous mechanic so the alignment would work. I was kept informed of what was going on, and of the limitations presented by having an older model Ford Focus when it came to an alignment. The establishment was clean -- including the bathroom, which is a huge plus for me -- and everyone I encountered valued me as a customer. I would return and recommend service from Tuffy in Clio.
