Leith Acura of Cary Service Department

Update: 11/29 My battery and blower motor were replaced, and guess what! The whistling sound is still there! Talk about Acura reliability! My car is not even 2 years old, and I don't trust it already. Update: 11/7 My car wont start 15 mins after my visit to the service center. Had to call roadside assistance to jumpstart the car. This is literally 20-40mins after the service center gave me all pass for the battery during their checkup. Now my car is sitting with the service center and I’m stuck with a loaner which I cannot drive out of state. ———————— You lost a customer. Went for whistling sound from hvac and issue with slow start and auto memory position sometimes. They couldn’t reproduce the second issue (no wonder!). I have been coming here for the past few years. The service department here makes me want to stay with Acura if I buy a new car. I have never once felt pressured to complete extra services that are not needed (which I feel is the usual for dealership service departments). They have found ways to squeeze me in during an emergency and generally make me feel like I am part of the Leith or Acura family. Shout out to Kylea and Ashley for always being friendly and helpful!

Another dealership said they could not repair our handicap Toyota van due to the modifications. Leith Acura was able to recognize a workaround and got it repaired quickly. I am very grateful for their concern, ingenuity, and willingness to go out of their way to help us when the Toyota dealer would not! David Jefferys and Ashley Taylor were awesome!
