Len Stoler Chevrolet Service

The overall visit was exceptional!!!! This dealership/service department is located near my son's school which is approximately 89 miles from my regular Chevy Service Department. Unfortunately, the "change oil" message illuminated the day before I needed to make the trip to my son's campus. I knew that it would be nearly impossible to schedule an oil change near my home so I took a chance and called to schedule a last-minute appointment with the team at Len Stoler and, boy, they came through!!!! This was my 2nd visit to this location and, like the previous visit, I'm treated with professionalism, respect and like part of the family!

The service writers are always courteous, friendly, and helpful, and the dealership's enclosed vehicle drop off, customer waiting area, and showroom are beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

Charlie does an excellent job communicating and the service team has been great. Also Lee in finance is great!

As always service was OUTSTANDING! Dave and Mel always go above and beyond in communication and getting my truck serviced in a timely manner!

Mike, the service manager, and David have gone out of their way to be kind to My husband and I. The best part about this review is that it comes from what once started, a couple of years ago, as a horrible review has now turned into a wonderful professional relationship. Mike, the service manager contacted me right away after receiving my bad review a couple of years ago and has continually worked hard to prove that our bad experience was not typical and that he would love another chance to prove how wonderful the service department can be and sure enough he has done exactly that. David and Mike are both amazing and have treated us as valued customers ever since. I am thankful to both of them.
