Lenny’s is amazing! I broke down on the side of a busy road, and due to snow there was not much of a shoulder to pull onto… it was not very safe. Within minutes the owner called and then the driver, both were very professional and caring to my situation. Within 20 minutes the driver was there! A few minutes later he had my vehicle hooked up, loaded, and did a quick diag! He also gave me a courtesy call to let me know he dropped the vehicle off at dealership safe and sound. I highly recommend them. I will be going to them for more services in the future!

I had a blow-out flat in a very inconvenient location and called AAA. I was amazed how quickly Lenny's Auto Shop was dispatched to my location. The gentleman who assisted me (Ryan or Brian?) was incredible. He called to let me know he was 15 minutes away. In addition, Mike from Lenny's also called to confirm my location and assure me help was on the way. Ryan/Brian was thorough and fast, making sure I could get out of a dangerous location before rush hour. I am so very grateful.

I’m writing this review to commend one of the employees here. In mid-January while I was driving to work, I got into an accident on 422 right outside of Audubon and ended up stuck in a wet muddy ditch in the freezing cold and snow. I was stuck there for 3.5 hours waiting for help, because there were so many other accidents at the time that it took that long for someone to come out. So, AAA sent Jason (from Lenny’s Auto) out to help me, but because of the traffic and the angle my car was stuck at, he wasn’t able to get to me right away — he would’ve either gotten hit by a car or gotten stuck himself, so he had to call the state police to get someone out to block off traffic. One of our work vans needed to be towed today. Because it was not able to be driven, it needed an independent wheel lift and a very knowledgable tow person. Thankfully, a driver named Sage responded. Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and fast. He put our minds at ease and made it look easy. Lenny the owner reached out by phone to make sure we were okay. Such a class act company and Sage was absolutely awesome. So impressed with Lenny’s and his towing technician Sage.

I was horribly stuck in a badly shoveled driveway, and Lenny’s towing came out and pulled me up the steep icy driveway. The driver was super knowledgeable because my car has a protective plate on the bottom so it made finding the tow points very difficult but he laid on the ground, braved the cold and saved me. Lenny’s is always Great for customer service.
