Lenny's Car Wash - Delray Beach

I’ve had a membership here for about a year. If I don’t arrive exactly when they open, I usually end up waiting close to an hour. Without a membership, the price for a single wash isn’t worth it for the quality you get. I was traveling recently and came in today to cancel my membership and just pay for a regular car wash. When I got back into my car, I noticed the front dashboard hadn’t been wiped, so I asked someone to take care of it. After driving away, I checked the back seat and realized it hadn’t been wiped at all—you could clearly see the streaks. By then, I was already too far to come back. I’m not someone who usually leaves bad reviews, but I feel it’s important for others to know about this experience. If there were another car wash nearby, I would choose that over this place.

It’s ok. One of the most expenisive car washes. Very convenient premium location, but always a long wait and hand vacuums are not easily accessible. The only big plus is they can clean interior for you, but with all that wait and premium prices, might as well call mobile detailer at your location for a little more, or just use any other cheaper car washes that wouldn’t take 30 min in line to get your car washed.

I can't say anything negative about this place. The staff are super professional and being diagnosed with OCD, it meets my expectations! Lol there are some days where you will need to wait longer than others but that's expected, usually busy places are busy for a reason! They have a shaded outside area and an air conditioned lounge to wait in, coffee bar, vending machine. All comfortable and convenient. I always come back here

I haven’t written five reviews in my in 20 years, but these guys and gals have earned my business for life. Everything about their operation exceeded my expectations. From the email from Scott, to the greet and expertise from Carlito, to a quick chat with the owner, to watching the staff work…everything about this place says “come back”. They took a destroyed construction site SUV and gave it literally a 100% recovery for a very fair price. Thank you.

They are not the cheapest and are typically busy, but that speaks to their results more than anything. I've been a customer for a while now and don't have any complaints. I had a bunch of bugs baked on my front bumper/grill and Lenny's left no sign of them. Atmosphere is welcoming, staff are friendly and professional, my car always looks great and if I have a critique they hear me out and accommodate.
