They were awesome! Best price by far, to the point where everyone else was obviously overcharging because of the weather! The truck "Bailey" showed up in 20min with a great attitude in the middle of a snowstorm! I've been a business owner for 20 years, we need more Baileys! Also, another driver called to check on me 30 minutes after my vehicle was back on the road, to make sure I was taken care of. I'm impressed for sure!

Lents towing was prompt to arrive to tow our broken down vehicle and get us off the side of the interstate. The driver was very courteous and went the extra mile to charge us a fair price when there was a misunderstanding about the call.

We had the exact same experiance eith Lents Towing and recovery. Took the order called my debtor and told them to hurry up and hide it. If you dont want to work the order dont take it. But this is unprofessional! If your debtor will pay them more to keep it Lents will take it.
