It’s Adriana Herring, you told me it was the timing chain belt that snapped & busted the heads. Jimmy was calling the ma home shop for cost of new heads or was going to drop a used motor at my expense. I was at the Dealership a couple of days before it broke down. Jeff told me to come back next week oil was fine! 5 months later you respond! Please, bottom line, car was returned from day 1 with problems Leonard Perry put bandaids on. You robbed me blind & others from the reviews I am reading.

Hello Leonard Perry, I’d like to comment on your response to an review made below and inform potential buyers of the truth because it seems that your response, five months later is fueled by maybe something other than that. From the start your establishment was dishonest about the vehicle. I will spare you and potential buyers every detail, however I was there for every step of the way. You were dishonest and put a customer and her family in potential danger. The issue with the vehicle was not the oil, and it’s shameful the way you have manipulated the truth. You are clearly unable to provide quality vehicle or conduct yourself in a professional manner. Getting a car at Leonard Parry Motors isn't the same as getting a car at any dealership, Jimmy, the owner, didn't instantly jump on the first financing offer that came through and suggested I wait a little until he could evaluated all the options so that I could get the best deal. I am very happy I waited because it was well worth it. Jimmy and his team worked very hard and for a long time to secure the best financing options for my vehicle with the best interest rate. I was amazed at how much time and effort went into this deal on his part. That is the type of dedication and work ethic that is rarely seen but greatly appreciated when provided. Eddie was absolutely amazing he worked hard to help me. Without hesitation was right on it helping me into a vehicle that I needed and payments that were within what I could afford. By far the wrost car dealership, the salesman if you can call him a salesman is a liar, I needed a car because I do uber while looking at vehicles the so called salesman Eddie shows me brochure of a warranty he says is for uber and Lyft driver a warranty for 2 years unlimited mile, so I buy a car and buy the warranty for over 2000 dollars. After a few months I started to have problems I call the warranty and they tell me I'm over the limit that they only paid for the 24000 mile warranty, I then call Jimmy and he says come on in we will look at the vehicles, I come in they look at it and then wanted me to pay for everything, then Eddie tells me that they don't sell the unlimited package , there are so many problems with my vehicle.
