Leo's Car Wash

Put all tokens that the kiosk gave me into the machine. The machine stopped after a few minutes without warning. Other bay is broken with a literal sign someone saying “scam”. I want a refund, I have a video of me putting money in the machine and it simply not turning on. Left with a messy car.

Needed a car wash after navigating a 9 hr drive through a blizzard. Found this place named after my son, seemed like a good omen. A few tokens later, we had a clean car with time to spare.

Me and my husband went to wash our car the bay we went to took our coins and we had to move to a new bay to wash our car and spend more money to move to a new bay! I called the number for Leo’s and left a message stating that my money was taken an I would like a refund for what was taken! They sent me enough coins for 2 washes 1 coin for vacuum and an air fresher! They are good for there word a that’s why I will continue to wash my car at Leo’s!
