Charged $50 for a very quick inspection of my car — less than 10 minutes — and advised me to order a part that cost almost $400. He told me he would come back on Monday to install the part, as that was when it was expected to arrive. When Monday came, I reached out to confirm the time. I even followed up again just in case he missed the first message, but I never received any response. At that point, I was left with a part that I had spent a lot of money on and no one to install it. I ended up taking my car somewhere else, only to find out that the part I was told to buy wasn’t even the correct one for my vehicle. Overall, this experience was very disappointing.
