Very nice and courteous staff. Clean place gave us a great quick assessment of the problem. We thought it was a hub bearing but it was a stuck caliper on rear break they fixed it for us and had us back on the road to our anniversary destination in no time. Thanks for getting us back on the road so close to closing time

Big thank you to Mike in the alignment shop and Don the manager! Mike quickly identified an issue with a new Ford F-350 that the local dealer wouldn't even look at. Excellent service and advice that wasn't based on them getting a quick sale. This Les Schwab location has technicians with good knowledge and experience along with an "Old school" approach to customer service that is increasingly rare.

Both Dylan and Rachel were very friendly and polite. I'm very satisfied with the tire options I was given and the explanations for the differences between the tier levels. Once I had chosen, my bad tires were quickly swapped out and I was back on the road, under ½ an hour later
