⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve worked with a lot of tire and repair shops over the years—most have been good—but Les Schwab in American Fork stands well above the rest. I first stopped in while deciding between a few wheel and tire options, and the difference was night and day. The team here is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Assistant Manager Matt, Manager Aric, and York have each taken time to walk me through my options, explain the details, and even test-mount setups so I could see what would actually work best. In this case, Les Schwab wasn’t the lowest price, but they more than made up for it with how they treat their customers—before, during, and especially after installation. I had such an incredible experience start to finish with this location! We had a weird sound when driving and paid for work at another shop that didn't fix the noise and they went on to blame our transmission. We felt really uneasy with that and decided to take it to Les Schwab to see if they could figure it out. Not only did they fix the problem but they were quick, kind, and explained everything thoroughly! We will definitely continue to bring business back to this location! Also, Les Schwab replaced a rear wheel bearing and was significantly less expensive than what we paid at a local shop for a front wheel bearing.
