All I can say is this... The staff is absolutely amazing!! From the ladies at the counter, to the employees working in the shop, this team is awesome!! Every one of them that I have interacted with are extremely friendly. We take our fleet trucks to this location for all of our tire needs, amongst other things that may come up. I genuinely enjoy the interaction that I have with them all. To mention every employee by name, I'm unable to do. Buuut, I know enough of them by name to be greeted with a smile each time I come in. I've taken my personal car here for tires as well and I'm not disappointed. This is, and will always be my go to place as long as I continue to live and work in the area. Good job done on my 1995 ford however it took them three days to put a set off wheels on new tires and to do an alignment. Plus it was an ungodly amount of money for what was done. However they did a really good job and I haven't had any issues just need to maybe speed the progress up a bit
We had an issue with our hub on our front wheel. We were in the area for work and this Les Schwab was our closest option. They advised us after inspection that the vehicle shouldn't be driven and needed to be repaired, Wayne helped us at the counter and when we asked about a rental car in the area, he offered to give us a ride to Budget. Trent helped us get everything out of our vehicle and over to rent a car, we barely made it before they closed. The employees at this location are pretty awesome and make you feel like a valued costume. Thanks guys.
I went to Les Schwab to get a alignment. Matthew CM told me I needed new tires the wires were showing and tried to up sale me 900$ worth of work I didn't need and I didn't appreciate that at all and how many people has he done that to. I went to a different place and got it done no problem. Thank you
we were helped by Sarah and she was super funny and charismatic. got us in and out with what we needed quickly and was a pleasure to work with!
