David was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to help us with an inspection and recommend the best route forward. The facility itself is great and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful. I’ve been to a handful of Les Schwabs and this one is definitely one of the best.

Great service from Jake! Driving cross country from Boston to Seattle, had an unforeseen emergency on the road; problem with previous install. Jake problem solved, coordinated a fix with my home location, and his awesome crew fixed me up and git on the road to make it back home. So glad to be back in the PNW Les Schwab territory!

Winter time again and gotta get those winter sneakers back on the buggy. So off to Schwab we go! Hmm, ok well back again next week for the alignment make sure they run true. See, here (Schwab) has a long history for someone like me. Not long in Billings but in my life since oh about 6. Folks went and since I could drive me too. We brought our truck in for some warranty work that had some damage to our duals on our truck.(Not from this store) I have been using Les Schwab for quite a while and all over the west for repairs and tires and have always had great experiences. That being said, Mike and his team at the billings south location took that to the next level! These guys stood behind their warranty without question and showed us what the best of the best service looks like. They took our bad situation and made it into a positive thing, going out of their way with hospitality and totality to ensure customer satisfaction. Good job and thanks!!

After a terrible experience with GMC Rimrock attempting to price gouge, I had my truck delivered via flat bed to Les Schwab from GMC Rimrock. Everyone I spoke with at Les Schwab was helpful, responsive and the service was worth every penny! I highly recommend this business.
