I want to give a big shout-out to the outstanding desk and service staff at Les Schwab Tires at 990 W Bridge St. in Blackfoot, Idaho! I stopped by twice this week, once on Wednesday and again on Friday morning, and I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. There’s nothing better than hearing a friendly “Hello, what can I do for you?” It really makes you feel right at home to know that someone genuinely cares about you and your car’s needs. You all truly live up to your promise of excellent customer service and top-notch skills in the shop. I’ve been bringing my cars here for years, and I honestly feel like being part of a family. You guys are simply the best in Blackfoot! Thank you for everything you do!

Avoid the Blackfoot Les Schwab if you’re looking for fair pricing on used tire mounting and balancing. They quoted me $234 to mount and balance or $12 each to mount them only (not balanced), while Point S down the road mount and balance for $149 out the door! Even other Les Schwab locations in Idaho only charge $125 for this service. I know because I grew up in a family that has owned and operated a Les Schwab store in Idaho since my grandfather’s time and asked my brother when this quote seemed so inflated. It’s a shame to see our local Blackfoot store show so little regard for customers trying to maintain their vehicles affordably and doesn't seem to value customers on a budget. I recommend Point S ($149) or other Les Schwab locations over this location!

Quick and quality service. Josh was kind and professional, and did a great job fixing the brakes on our car. He gave us pricing options (price for fixing just the brakes, and a price for fixing the brakes and some other items that would need fixing eventually), which was nice.

Mondays are one of the busiest days of the week, luckily i needed to get my steps in and go to Walmart do it all worked out.
