One gentleman—- I think he was the head of the alignment department — checked out my tires, after I went in keen on getting new tires, and he told me that they were actually in great shape. Instead he pointed out worn control arms and we scheduled that much more needed service instead. A tire shop that doesn’t rush to sell tires?! Amazing! Will be recommending! this was my first time going to a place to get new tires for the car I inherited when I was a junior in high school. My boyfriend and I use it as an everyday commuter now that we’ve moved out together 5 years later, but the alignment was absolutely effed up from an accident that happened a year ago. I was afraid to get it fixed because of the cost, but we’re broke and the cost of four new standard wheels and an alignment fixing was very reasonable! the initial price of the four matched what it said online as well which I liked. I also thought the guys working here were friendly and offered their own opinion, which was valuable to me as someone new to caring for her own car. Jorge LR was our Sales and Service person. Jorge, Corey and team did excellent work, provided good information and shared about use and tire needs. Their shop was hopping with business, and we were able to pick up ahead of closing. We have a 25 year old Tahoe. Les Schwab has had this and other family cars covered with brakes, tires, suspension, and batteries. They do good work.

Took four visits to get warranty repair and replacement for a tire. On my last visit my window got broken right in front of the front door in the middle of the afternoon. The cameras were magically not working in that area that day. Shop had the keys to my vehicle so it was under their control. They took no responsibility for it, and I paid out-of-pocket for a new window.
