Great service experience at this location. My daughter was traveling back to school from Boise and had an issue with her tire. Called other tire shops and didn’t get any answers. Spoke with Trent and he was sure they could figure it out and they did! They went above and beyond to get my daughter back on the road safely. As a parent it great to know there are still some businesses and employees that go above and beyond!
I travel from Ogden to Burley for work. I noticed a slow leak today and went to Les Schwab. They were so AMAZING! Friendly, fast service and repaired my flat at no cost to me today!! WOW!!! SUPER IMPRESSED!! I would definitely recommend Les Schwab!! Best in Class!
Great and fast team work from the Les Schwab team at the burley! I took my car in to fix a screw in my tire and the team worked fast and did a great job. The person that worked on my tire was Cooper Jensen. Good job guys!
Most excellent customer service... We had our second flat of the day about 15 minutes away from the store after closing time... They still sent a truck out and got us on our way. Our technician Trey was very knowledgeable and very efficient.
We rolled in at 5:30 with a leaky tire. They got us in immediately and fixed the hole. We were done in 20 minutes. Excellent service!
